At Charged Cycle Works, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original condition with all tags attached, ensuring you include the printed return authorization form inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
